With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Ruppal has worked in more than 25 major projects of diverse kind like oil jetties, oil refineries, flyovers, bridges and industrial buildings.

Mr. Paveljeet Singh Ruppal has 32 years of first-hand experience in the field of fabrication and erection. It is under his dynamic leadership that the group has been continuously expanding ever since its inception in 1986. During his career, Mr. Paveljeet has completed more than 100 projects in the different areas of construction like Thermal Power Projects, Hydro Power Projects, Bridges, Flyovers, Stadia and industrial buildings.

Ever since the starting of P&R Infraprojects Ltd., Mrs. Pardeep Kaur has been carrying out the duties of the Director of Human Resource (H.R.) Department with elegance. Mrs. Pardeep makes sure that each and every P&R employee receives personal attention regarding his/her needs and problems. This policy has ensured that a healthy work environment is maintained and the employees feel like they are part of one big family. It is due to this very reason that P&R has gained a formidable reputation of completing projects in time.

With over 50 years of experience; He has worked in more than 25 major projects of diverse kind like oil jetties, oil refineries, flyovers, bridges and industrial buildings. Mr. Paveljeet Singh Ruppal, B.Tech (Mechanical) with Honours, Managing Director of the company is an active member of Institution of Engineers-India (IEI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He has 32 years of first-hand experience in the field of fabrication and erection. It is under his dynamic leadership that the company has been continuously expanding ever since its inception in 1986. During his career, Mr. Paveljeet Singh Ruppal has contributed in successful completion of more than 150 projects in the different areas of construction like Bridges, Flyovers, Thermal Power Projects, Hydro Power Projects, Stadium and Industrial Buildings etc. Mrs. Pardeep Kaur, M.Sc., has been carrying out the duties of the Director of Human Resource (H.R.) Department with panache. She makes sure that each and every P&R employee receives personal attention regarding his/her needs and problems. Under her expert guidance company has ensured that a healthy work environment is maintained and the employees feel like they are part of one big family.
Further, to ensure timely completion of project with competent people. P&R Infraprojects Ltd. has employed around 500 people in the permanent cadre, while at any time engaging more than 5,000 locally employed staff at various project sites. It has a highly competent and experienced design team which is thoroughly dedicated to the designing and development of every project undertaken by the group.
