The design team of P&R consists of engineering professionals, construction experts and project estimators to meet all the requirements for the construction of the project. The group’s experts and experience allows it to meet the tight deadlines to complete the projects in stipulated time frame with quality standards set by ASME,RDSO & ISO.

2) Estimate : Locked In and Guaranteed Pricing

Once the design drawings of the project are finalized, the engineering team will determine the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare the estimated time taken and costing of the project. The team makes sure to make most of the raw material by reducing the wastage to the minimum levels. Estimation expertise enables P&R to stay ahead of the project schedules, manage cost and prepare the project financing.

3) Engineering : Precision Specifications

After the estimation and planning of the structure,the technical services department of P&R completes the detail engineering of the project which includes preparing quality manual for fabrication, fabrication drawings, erection methodology, any detail calculations required for successfully launching the superstructure and getting approval from the same from the concerned departments.

4) Build : Quality Construction

The timely completion and accuracy of fabrication of steel superstructure is critical to P&R while maintaining the quality standards of ASME,RDSO & ISO.
