The board of directors and staff are focused on continually improving quality across all our operations, with the objective of delivering the highest level of client satisfaction. The processes and procedures carried out at P&R Infraprojects Ltd. comply with the requirements of IS0 9001:2008 and are mandatory for all staff and projects. ISO 9001:2008 is based on eight quality management principles, which we, at P&R follow diligently:

  • Fact-based decision making, and
  • Mutually beneficial supplier relationships

Based on the above eight principles, the P&R group has formulated a quality policy which it follows stringently. The quality policy statement which the P&R group follows has been stated below:

"We shall continuously strive to exceed the expectation of our customers by providing defect-free products, services and solutions, on time and within budgeted cost through continual improvement of our products, services and the quality management system. We shall also endeavor to nurture an environment where trust, fairness and integrity flourish through continuous training and development and other initiatives."

Our quality policy, along with our management systems, is reviewed regularly to ensure their continuing suitability to our business.
